With more than 40 years of Architectural Design and construction experience, Mike Tolson has accumulated a vast knowledge in the construction industry – specifically in multi-family reconstruction.

His in-depth experience along with the Tri-Star team has created a very successful 2022.

Mike has lived in Central Florida since 1972. He credits his accomplishments to his Faith, Wife Debbie of 42 years, his 3 children and 4 grandchildren.

Hal Adkins, Tri-Star Construction Principal

A graduate of Austin Peay State University where he played football and majored in industrial technology and small engineering.

Hal has been in multifamily renovation since 1998 with a major role as lead business development, as a partner.

Hal has been married to Donna Atkins since 1996 and has two children; Ashton and Reece. They have lived in Central Florida since 1992.

Debbie Tolson has 26 years’ experience as an Engineering Analyst with a former company, which she retired from. Debbie is a Florida native and has live here her entire live.

Debbie has strong communication skills and an ability to multi-task, staying organized, and building
relationships with her clients is what makes Debbie a standout in the industry.

She is responsible for permitting, licenses, insurance, and Human Resources.

Debbie knows from experience, that preparing a plan and being able to work around potential pitfalls is a must to make each project successful.

Debbie is a devoted wife of 42 years, mother to 3 children and 4 grandchildren. Debbie’s life is grounded in an unwavering Faith, which she exemplifies in her daily life.

Donna Adkins, Tri-Star Construction Principal

Success lies within the relationships built through communication, trust and collaboration.

Donna works with account receivables and accounts payable.

Donna has experience working with licenses, certificates, permitting and vendor relationships. 

She believes that the reconstruction business has changed and can be very complicated, but she and her team make it easy for all of their clients.

Donna knows that developing a plan, and adhering to it, is essential for making each job successful and profitable.

Jamie Tolson, Tri-Star Construction Project Manager

Project Manager

Jamie has been in the Multi-Family Construction industry for 20 years, specializing in renovations and specialty sections of new construction. She is highly qualified in managing business relationships and special projects. She serves as a primary point of contact between management, clients, owners, and vendors.

She has managed numerous multi-million dollar projects from interior renovations, roofing, structure, and painting. She holds an AA degree in general studies from Seminole State University.

Jamie is a native of Central Florida and she takes pride in what she does. She always strives to excel in every aspect of her life.
